All Dynamic Running members can attend our group training sessions. These training sessions are not races, and they aim to accommodate runners from a range of abilities and ages. Visitors are welcome to come along and try a session. If you enjoy it, and want to come along on a regular basis, sign up as a club member today. Our squads and clinics attract a coaching fee.

You are welcome to come along and try out a session with us. There is no fee for current club members, and visitors can join in free of charge for their first couple of sessions.

We also do Runners’ Clinics for 6-week blocks each school term. These are coaching sessions, and attract a fee.
