Training Sessions

I can do anything for 20 more minutes.

All Dynamic Running members can attend our group training sessions. These training sessions are not races, and they aim to accommodate runners from a range of abilities and ages. Visitors are welcome to come along and try a session. If you enjoy it, and want to come along on a regular basis, sign up today. Our squads and clinics attract a coaching fee.

Join our training sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and/or Thursdays:

Step 1. Click on this link to go to our booking site or download the MINDBODY app* and book your sessions on the go.
Step 2. Navigate to the date you want to attend and hit “Sign Up Now”. 
Step 3a. Current Dynamic Running club members: enter your email on the log in screen. You may be able to select your own password. If this does not work, try DRmember2014 or . Once signed in, you can change your password.
Step 3b. Visitors/Non-club members: Create an account.
Step 4. Make a reservation by selecting either ‘single reservation’ or ‘recurring reservation’. There is no fee for club members, but visiors/non-club members are charge $5.00 for a group training session (Tuesdays or Thursdays) or $10.00 for a Technique training session (Wednesday nights). You also have the option to book a set of clinics under the tab with the same name.

*MINDBODY app: Click on the magnifyer icon and type in Dynamic Running in the “Business name or keyword” field. The MINDBODY app will display matching results within a 15km radius. If the app can’t find a match, select the funnel and expand the search to 40km and try again.

Friday REST DAY    
Saturdays 7.00-7.30am FREE 5km Cairns parkrunYou need to register as a parkrunner. This serves as our weekly club run. Join us for coffee at Muddy’s Café after the run. At the funship at the northern end of the Esplanade (corner Esplanade and Smith Street). Map.
Sundays 6.00am (Nov -May); 7.00am (June – Oct) Long Runs.Road or Trail Races/Runs (which may incur a fee).
