Training Sessions

I can do anything for 20 more minutes.

All Dynamic Running members can attend our group training sessions. These training sessions are not races, and they aim to accommodate runners from a range of abilities and ages. Visitors are welcome to come along and try a session. If you enjoy it, and want to come along on a regular basis, sign up today. Our squads and clinics attract a coaching fee.

You are welcome to come along and try out a session with us. There is no fee for current club members, and visitors can join in free of charge for their first couple of sessions.

Monday REST DAY    
Tuesdays 5.30-7.00pm Interval (speed work) or Hills. HARD session. You need to be running 8-10km comfortably on a regular basis to keep up with this session.Distances covered on the night range from 6-12km. Opposite the Rondo Theatre at 46 Greenslopes Street in Edge

 

Wednesdays 5.15-6.30pm We occasionally meet for an easy run. Best to send us a text to check if we will be there. 0417 798 444

We also do Runners’ Clinics for 6-week blocks each school term. These are coaching sessions, and attract a fee.

Thursdays 5.30-7.00pm Tempo Training.Relatively HARD session. You need to be running 5-10km comfortably on a regular basis to keep up with this session. Distances covered on the night range from 6-12km. Opposite the Rondo Theatre at 46 Greenslopes Street in Edge

 

Friday REST DAY    
Saturdays 7.00-7.30am FREE 5km Cairns parkrun. You need to register as a parkrunner. This serves as our weekly club run. Join us for coffee at Muddy’s Café after the run. At the funship at the northern end of the Esplanade (corner Esplanade and Smith Street). 
Sunday mornings   Long Runs.Road or Trail Races/Runs \
