INFORMATION FOR ROAD RUNNING CLUBS:
Just wanting to advise that the ANQ Track & Field championships is not only for Track & Field members.
There are a number of events that Road Running Club members can be a part of :
- The 12km ANQ Road Running Championships starts at 6.45am on the Saturday morning (4th October) starting and finishing at the Townsville Sports Reserve. This event is hosted by the Townsville Road Runners Club
- The Queensland 1 Mile Championship also doubles as the North Queensland 1 Mile Championship, will be run on Saturday afternoon, at 5.15pm
- Track events are also the 3000 and 5000m which will be run on Sunday morning at 8am.
Please circulate among your members – nominations are on line following the prompt from the ANQ website : www.athleticsnorthqld.org.au
