Hi Steve, on average there is one trail race per month in 2014, and at least one practice run as well. The calendar of events will be out on Thursday next week.

I am a shift worker and wondering if you do one on one training? I would probably start as a beginner. Also need to know your rates. Thank you. Angela

Hi Angela, yes we do one-on-one training. For the Beginner Runners’ Clinics the fee is $105, which includes a singlet, a training program, a great motivational booklet and 1 1/2 hours of technique training. Regards Lorraine Lawson

Hi, I have started running about a month ago and am improving, yet I have had very sore ankles so would like to receive some technique training. What are the possibilities for this, including costs and times? I am looking forward to doing my first 5k run, and am very interested in trail runs.
    Thanks, Miranda

Hi Miranda, that’s exciting – not the sore ankles! – the fact that you want to work up to 5k and also do trail runs. We do technique training and drills on Monday nights. The cost is $85 and the next set of clinics start on 27 January. If you don’t want to wait that long, I can do individual training with you and the cost for that is $105. You get a singlet, notes and 1 1/2 hours of tuition. Regards, Lorraine Lawson
