You can join the nine people registered to start the Beginner Runners’ Clinic this week.
If you have not done the technique running training, it is suitable for anyone to join in. We spend the first 20-30 minutes doing the technique training and then set off for a short run/walk session. Cost is $10/club member or $45 for other participants.
