Hi Competitors and volunteers, a quick note to let you know that we have reversed the course so that all the half marathoners and 10km runners can cross over the traffic lights and roads along Redlynch Connnection and Redlynch intake Roads at the start of the race. We anticipate that it will get busy later, so are trying to avoid that section later in the morning.
Start/finish location remains the same: Redlych Central Sports Stadium.
The 5km course remains unchanged.

A reminder that you can collect your NQ Games race bag (i.e. a string bag with a hat and water bottle) from Barlow Park today from 10am-8km and tomorrow from 10am-3pm. If not, we will collect it at 3pm tomorrow and give it to you between 6am and 6.20am on Saturday during registration.
March to Opening Ceremony tomorrow – meet at RSL at about 5pm. Come dressed in your runners and march with Dynamic Running.
